I managed the complete end-to-end development and delivery of the pphrs.com website. My responsibilities included understanding the project goals, planning the site structure, and executing a full WordPress build from concept to launch. I implemented a clean, responsive design with improved UI/UX, carried out hosting setup and configuration, and performed database and file migration as needed. I also integrated essential plugins and features, optimized performance and security, and ensured compatibility across different devices and browsers. Before deployment, I conducted thorough testing to verify functionality, responsiveness, and user experience. Finally, I successfully deployed the site live and completed post-launch validation to ensure smooth and stable performance for all users.
