I managed the complete end-to-end development and delivery of the pphrs.com website, from initial planning to final deployment. My responsibilities included understanding the project objectives, defining the website structure, and executing a fully customized WordPress build tailored to the brand’s requirements.
I designed and developed a custom website layout with a focus on modern UI/UX principles, creating a clean, responsive, and user-friendly experience across all devices. The project involved custom design implementation, theme customization, hosting setup and configuration, database and file migration, plugin integration, and feature development to meet business needs.
I optimized the website for performance, security, and scalability while ensuring cross-browser and multi-device compatibility. Before launch, I conducted comprehensive testing to validate functionality, responsiveness, usability, and overall user experience.
Finally, I successfully deployed the website live and completed post-launch checks to ensure smooth operation, stability, and a seamless experience for all users.
